Job Description
As our Doorman you will be tasked withcontrolling who is allowed in the nightclub. Doormen are to ensure we are only allowing in individuals who do not threaten the safety of other guests. As a doorman you are also responsible for not allowing entry to any individuals that would comprimise the experience of our desired guests.
The following are some of the main duties and responsibilities of a doorman:

Verify age with proper identification and enforce dress code

Observe every person entering, and prevent the entry of unauthorized people

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Keep Rule G a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our desired guests

Enforce all rules, and warn any violators of possible consequences

Maintain a professional appearance, uniformand manner at all times

Work closely with security team to maintain the safety Rule G
-
Coordinate with police, fire and emergency medical personnel if needed

Maintain a log of any incidences involving entry to Rule G
Requirements
-
Previous or current law enforcement experience is preffered
-
Previous doorman experience is required

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous security experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift

Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances between and within buildings on the property

Must have the ability to communicate in English

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of forms of proper identification; Must be able to identify and confiscate false forms of identification
